Digital Learning Resources Policy: UCU Statement

²ÝÁñÉçÇøµØÖ· and UCU are pleased to report the conclusion of the UCU's collective dispute regarding the new Digital Learning Resources Policy.

Through a series of positive and  constructive discussions held under the collective dispute procedure, University and UCU representatives agreed clarifications to the Policy's provisions regarding data protection and the removal and re-use of digital learning resources. The agreed changes were reported to and endorsed by Senate in the spring term 2024.

²ÝÁñÉçÇøµØÖ· has committed to review the Policy after its first full year of operation and UCU will be invited to participate in this review.
